What's 3rd generation? The 3rd generation PRECISE bands have 0.4mm to 0.75mm thickness products . There is no 3rd generation product of Professional Anti-Cold precise band.
DANKUNG Testing and Finding The 3rd generation PRECISE band has been launched about 40 days ago. DANKUNG team has been using and testing them for a month. By far (Dec 7, 2018), our finding is 3rd PRECISE is better, but doesn't obvious improve the velocity or anti-cold performance. An important change is the color of band, 3rd PRECISE band has the same thickness series from 0.4mm to 0.75mm with different colors. A main reason behind color change is to effectively crack down on counterfeits. Counterfeits PRECISE are widely circulated at big e-commerce platform such as Aliexpress, Ebay etc. Counterfeits PRECISE was even found in Tierra del Fuego, a country near Antarctica, where shooters found the poor performance of PRECISE band in cold place. The fact was, they just bought the counterfeit products from an e-commerce platform.

Update on October 10 , 2018: Caution knockoff 10-meter roll 'PRECISE' bandRecently some vendors sell so called new 10 meter roll of PRECISE band.
